I almost didn't come here because of the only 3 stars reviews but I'm glad I did because it was excellent from the service to the quality of food. Very pleased!
3rd time here and it has not failed to impress yet. My family and I have visited here when it's been full house busy and late afternoon when not so busy, and each visit has included friendly attentive service and delicious food served in a timely manner!!!! This place has become one of our favorite places to dine in the area!
Oh my! I really enjoyed! The service was great! I had #36. The steak was tender, with guacamole, rice , beans, and salsa, chips! So delicious! The portions were large and I certainly didn't walk away hungry!!
We originally drove to Salgado's, but it was drive thru only, so Sol De Jalisco got our business instead. We tried their breakfast migas and they were not bad. I put their salsa on everything, and it made it all pretty tasty. Good salsa! The coffee was lacking, but most restaurants serve weak coffee. The service was great. I hope to try lunch or dinner next time I visit the Belton area.

The most recent trip I took to Sol De Jalisco was the best I have experienced yet. We were with a large party of 12 Adults and 2 children and the quality of the food was still the best I have received over the past several months. I ordered the Chicken Flautas and they were delicious, crispy, and not oily like I have experienced in the past. As always the staff was cheerful and swift in accommodating a large group.
